That:
The project “I AM PGH” is no longer part of the PGH Medical Foundation, Inc.
Mr. Jose Bayani Baylon is no longer president of PGH Medical Foundation effective 31 December 2013.
Mr. Candido Anaviso III and Ms. Vernelie Macatangay are no longer connected with the PGH Medical Foundation, Inc.
Any dealings/ transactions entered into by the following persons are not sanctioned nor authorized by the Foundation.
Donations to the Philippine General Hospital thru the PGH Medical Foundation should be deposited directly to the following bank accounts:
1. BPI acct no. 8291-0060-36
2. PNB acct no. 3849-1100-0024
3. BDO acct no. 0024-1007-1569
Please send the deposit slip through facsimile transmission at 536-2874 or by email (scanned copy) to this address pghmfi1997@gmail.com.
